Hi, I’m Paul!.. well you probably guessed that bit by now 🙂

I’ve lived in Camberley for a number of years now and have a home studio where I do a large proportion of my Headshot work.

There are 3 things in life that I Love. Photography, Scuba Diving and my girlfriend who puts up with the other two! In the last few years we have also got a German Shepherd called Wolfie, so I need to include him now too, but dont worry he doesnt join us on shoots!

So what is it about me that really would make you want to work with me? I hope that it is because I have a passion to capture those moments in your life that you want to keep forever. Maybe it’s because I’m easy to work with and always remember that this is about your special moment and not my picture. In a nutshell it’s all about you not me.

So what is it that I am not? I am certainly not a pretentious photographer, I prefer being behind the camera more than standing in front of it. I love capturing emotions when people aren’t posing. I don’t chase awards like many others, I don’t look for the accolades that perhaps other seek. I simply want you to love my pictures, and for them to bring pleasure to your family and friends.

For many of my clients, its either their first time in front of the camera or they really hate it!.. dont worry I’m with you on this, but sometimes needs must 🙂

I like to think about our sessions as a conversation between two people, that just happens to have a piece of glass between us. Yes, I talk (a lot actually) but eventually you’ll relax and thats when you get the best shots. Many of my clients mention this in my reviews so definately check these out.

I’m also lucky enough to be one of the UK’s only Underwater Photographers specialising in portraiture. I LOVE doing maternity shoots, its such a wonderful time for a couple and even better that you can capture a unique time with a piece of art, if you’d like to read more about this you can find it here
